3. Tickets won are to be collected at CCOHK’s reception counter in the concert venue foyer 30 minutes prior to the concert.

4. Tickets won that are not acknowledged by the winner by email and are not collected for any reason whatsoever, are deemed to have been forfeited.

5. Tickets won cannot be transferred to another concert.

6. Tickets won to a concert that is cancelled due to a public health emergency, shall be transferred to another programme at CCOHK's choice. These tickets cannot be transferred to another concert.
